About the House
Since its inception in 2011, Rosewood has had many folks live within its walls. Throughout each of our iterations, however, we have emphasized affordable housing, sustainability, the arts, and activism.

FAQ
Q. How much is rent?
A. Rent varies depending on the size of the room, anywhere from $480 to $680 per month.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Pets are put to a house vote, and we must meet them first.
Q. Are couples allowed?
A. Couples are welcome to apply.
Q. What is expected of a member?
A. Each member is expected to complete three hours of labor per week, to be a cooperative and engaged member of the house, and to give two months notice before moving out.
Q. What are some of the house's features?
We have twelve bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, four bathrooms, central heating and air, gas stoves, a washer and dryer, indoor bicycle storage, a large yard, a garden, six chickens, and lots of murals and eclectic pieces of art.
